We’re glad you’re here

What we grow, cook, and eat reflects the wild alchemy of life. From the moment a seed is planted to when it’s consumed — so many hands contribute to transforming food into edible bounty. Upstate Supper Club is an invitation to gather around the table with friends, old and new, to celebrate the journey of nourishment and the joy of community.

Let’s get our hands in the earth and cultivate abundance in our own backyards. Let’s hold space for uplifting conversations, gathered around lush meals prepared with love and homegrown ingredients.

Our formula is simple: good food, good conversation, and good people.

We hope to see you at the table.

WHO WE ARE

At Upstate Supper Club, we offer multi-sensory experiences that help us live in alignment with Earth and cultivate gratitude and nourishment through food.

We strive to create a harmonious relationship with the natural world by mindfully slowing down, embracing regenerative practices, and sourcing ingredients and partnerships that support our food systems.

Through immersive dining experiences and workshops, we seek to bring people together, fostering connections with one another and a shared appreciation for the medicine that food provides.

Our ultimate goal is to create spaces where we can thrive, awaken the senses, and celebrate the collective joy of being.

OUR MISSION

Meet the team

Andy Kang 강상지 is a designer, artist and budding farmer whose practice explores our inherent interconnectedness as living beings. Her work searches for the sacred in the mundane; earthliness as godliness and godliness in earthliness. Through immersive experiences, earth work and storytelling, she aims to cultivate deeper, more loving connections for people within themselves and with the natural world around them.

Alice Kim 김희윤 is a designer and creative who values food as a source of connectivity and artistic expression. She captures moments in time through the lens of food and natural systems. To her, setting a table with intention is a symbolic act of bringing people together. Through Upstate Supper Club, she hopes to build a welcoming space where we can collectively celebrate each other and nature’s abundance.
